If the purchased items are in stock then the orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) ready-to-order purchases are typically processed within 3 to 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. The shipping and processing times are separate and distinct from each others. typical shipping are entirely dependent on your location and chosen carrier. US-CAN customers may enjoy free domestic shipping on orders $100 CAD and above. The availability of this offer may vary depending on your domestic location.

Custom fees and Import taxes
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. EXILESTAR is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number which you can input at https://shopexilestar.com/pages/order-tracking similarly, you can find the appropriate order tracking page in our footer links at the bottom of our website's pages. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at exilestarfashion@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount including the shipping cost for the return.
**Note: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. This includes any and all garments that have been adjusted or hemmed by us through our services. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at exilestarfashion@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
