  • Expeditions are made on business days (from monday to friday)
  • Order processing time may vary from 1 to 3 business days in average
  • Shipping time to Canada and continental US usually takes from 1 to 8 business days, and international orders can take from 7 and up to 30 days to ship
  • Fixed shipping costs for Canada is set at $15 CAD, Fixed shipping cost for continental US is $15 USD and international shipping cost is calculated at checkout
  • Canadian and continental US customers get free shipping on orders above $250 USD
  • International overseas orders get free shipping on orders above $450 USD
  • We are not responsible for any loss or delay due to Canada Post services.
  • For Non-Canadian customers: Customs may impose fees and/or taxes on your purchase prior to delivery. To find out about customs fees, contact your country's local customs office. We are not responsible for any customs fees or taxes and they are not included in our shipping fees. These charges are usually collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up - these are not additional shipping charges. Refusing to pay customs fees won't allow a refund.

    RETURN, REFUND AND EXCHANGE

    If you ever change your mind, we allow returns up to 14 days from the day you receive your parcel. Your order will have to be returned in it's initial form and the shipping cost will be at your charge. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with original packaging.

    We will ask you to join a copy of you billing in the parcel to avoid any frauds. Once the return inspected, we will send you an email to notify the good reception of your return. We will then notify the approval or not of your refund.

    Approved, your refund will be made as soon as possible via the payment method you used.

    If you are late in receiving your refund, check your account regularly. Do not hesitate to contact your bank, the repayment may take time. If the problem persists, contact us at contact@shopexilestar.com

    Please note that items sold or linked to offers are not refundable.

    The same procedure applies for any size exchange requests, except we send you your desired size upon receiving back the parcel instead of initiating a refund. All shipping fees involved in the exchange process is the customer's responsibility.

    Please direct your return to the attention of EXILESTAR at: 20 Av. Filion, SAINT-SAUVEUR BP, QC, J0R 1R0, CP276. Return costs are your responsibility and non-refundable. During your refund, shipping costs will not be included unless your order was defective or erroneous upon receiving it.

    Depending on your country, the exchange and refund times may vary.

    Note, we advise you to use and communicate the tracking number attached to your return. We do not guarantee the loss of your product or the miss/misspell of shipping addresses informations.     IMPORTANT: Orders with numbered items, custom products, reductions code and price reductions of more than 10% our Return & Refund policy is NOT applicable. For these products all sales are final.
