SHIPPING
- Expeditions are made on business days (from Monday to Friday)
- Order processing time may vary from 1 to 3 business days in average. This step might take longer if the ordered item is out of stock and needs to be made-to-order.
- Shipping time to Canada and continental US usually takes from 1 to 8 business days, and international orders can take from 7 and up to 30 days to ship

- We are not responsible for any loss, delays or damages that could potentially be caused during transit by Canada Post or any of our other carrier partners
- For Non-Canadian customers: Customs may impose fees and/or taxes on your purchase prior to delivery. To find out about customs fees, contact your country's local customs office. We are not responsible for any customs fees or taxes and they are not included in our shipping fees. These charges are usually collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up - these are not additional shipping charges. Refusing to pay customs fees won't allow a refund.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE
You have a 30 days limit after having received your package to request a refund or an exchange if your order is defective at fault of our own, I.E: if the garment you ordered is flawed due to faulty manufacturing.
Contact us at contact@shopexilestar.com to initiate the return process, make sure to describe your issue in details and we will provide you with our return address then.
We will ask you to join a copy of you billing in the parcel to avoid any frauds. Once the return inspected, we will send you an email to notify the good reception of your return. We will then notify the approval or not of your refund.
Approved, your refund will be made as soon as possible via the payment method you used. The return's shipping fee will also be refunded at that moment.
If you are late in receiving your refund, check your account regularly. Do not hesitate to contact your bank, the repayment may take time. If the problem persists, contact us at contact@shopexilestar.com
Please note that items linked to offers are not refundable.
If a garment you ordered ends up being the wrong size you have a 30 days limit after having received your package to request an exchange. We will gladly send you the appropriate size once you've sent us back your ill-fitting order. You are however responsible for every shipping fees involved in the exchange.
Contact us at contact@shopexilestar.com to initiate the exchange process, make sure to let us know which size you'd like to trade for and we will provide you with our return address then.
Your order will have to be returned in it's initial form and the shipping cost will be at your charge. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with original packaging.

IMPORTANT: Orders with numbered items, custom products, reductions code and price reductions our Return & Refund policy is NOT applicable. For these products all sales are final.
