EXILESTAR started as a small, hands-on passion project: just a few pieces, one colorway, made with care in our home studio. That humble beginning taught us something essential — quality and vision matter more than scale. We believe alternative fashion deserves to stand shoulder-to-shoulder with high-end design. Our goal is to blend modern, sleek fashion sensibility with anime and manga influences — but never tip into costumes. We aim for that balance where you could wear our pieces in the street or at a convention, and the outfit reads as fashion-forward, not just “cosplay-adjacent.”

Creative Philosophy
Our design process isn’t about following trends. Each collection is a self-contained theme — not “Spring/Summer,” but “aesthetic worlds” of their own. For example, our debut collection ASUNDER WAVES drew heavily from Japanese seifukus and sailor uniforms, reinterpreted with bold silhouettes and modern structure.
We want each collection to tell a story. Over time, you’ll see more collections drawing on varied inspirations — each tied by a core design language, but distinct in mood and attitude.
